When I work with you, I take a holistic approach, recognising that our bodies are intimately interconnected and only truly understood as a whole. Using the Spinal Flow Technique, we address back pain by working with the entire body’s natural rhythms. Spinal Flow Technique was founded by former chiropractor Dr Carli Axford, the Spinal Flow®Technique healing modality has its roots in the philosophy, science and touch of the spine and nervous system.
As a Spinal Flow Technique practitioner, I will make contact with the 7 gateways of the spine, to feel and assess each of the spine’s 33 vertebrae for spinal blockages.
Our bodies hold signs and symptoms of the stress we’ve experienced, my priority is to feel for the three types of stress which cause spinal blockages – chemical, physical and emotional stress.
Spinal Flow Technique relieves people’s pain, symptoms and dis-ease by connecting their nervous system to the brain to release spinal blockages that can manifest in forms such as back pain, and integrate their experiences.
Spinal Flow transforms people’s well-being by connecting them to what already works in their body and expanding on that to allow the Spinal Wave to flow from the coccyx to the cranium.
Dr Carli Axford developed Spinal Flow® Technique to teach others the philosophy, science and touch that prompts our spine and nervous system to release and integrate stress that causes spinal blockages and prevents spinal flow.
There is an innate instinct inside every human body to restore, allay and mend itself. Just as our gut digests our food and our hair grows, our bodies know how to heal by harnessing the nervous system.
